At Miracles, we stand behind our products. We offer exchanges or refunds on most items within 30 days of purchase. Jewelry returns, unless defective, will incur a restocking charge of 20%. All orders ship within 7 business days of order placement. Customers are notified (by phone or email) of any backorders. Should you need something "rushed", just let us know, and we'll expedite the shipping. There may be an additional fee for this service.
